Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each piece is custom crafted just for you in our backyard shop, and because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel, modify, or accept returns on any order once it has been submitted.
Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will make it right by repairing, replacing, or issuing a store credit at our discretion.
Personalization Errors Please double-check all personalization details (names, spellings, colors) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. If we made an error on our end, we will replace the item at no charge.
Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim directly with them.
