Processing Time All of our products are handmade to order in our backyard shop. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If you need an item sooner, please reach out to see if our schedule can accommodate. 

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $35: $8.00 flat rate
• Orders $35 and over: Free shipping

Shipping Time Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping Destination We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Delivery Issues We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or weather-related disruptions. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
